GWO is excited to announce the shortlist for the 2024 Young Achiever of the Year Award. This award celebrates outstanding contributions from individuals under the age of 30 within our training provider network. The finalists exemplify the vital role young talent plays in the wind industry and across the GWO network.

- Javier Delgado, Director and Founder, Wind Trade Academy (Americas)
Judges highlighted, "It is truly remarkable that at 25 years old, Javier founded a GWO approved training facility on his own."
- Paige Convery, Funding Account Manager, 3t Training Services (EMEA)
Judges highlighted, "In two years, Paige has supported over 800 learners, managing their journey from first contact to training coordination, interview scheduling and successful employment placement.”
- Wu Meng Shan (Sandy), BST Instructor/Commercial & Marketing Coordinator, MTIC (APAC)
Judges highlighted, "Sandy’s commitment to diversifying her experience, transitioning into training following a background in marketing, is truly commendable."
