Mariana joined WindEurope as Senior Advisor in April 2023, where she leads the work on skills and education. She monitors policy in the areas of skills and education and she brings the sector together to address the skilled worker shortage through various projects. She has worked in the humanitarian, political, and educational sectors in Belgium and Canada, managing capacity building, training, and education programmes and projects.
